BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Collective Bargaining Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto, with AFSCME Local 2785 on behalf of Lieutenants and Captains in the Division of Community Corrections, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
