BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Emergency Management/911, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase integrated damage assessment model software, and authorizing the Mayor to execute a software license agreement, from qPublic LLC, a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $3,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to qPublic LLC, from account #3200-505204-71304, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
