BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Council of Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government does hereby approve and adopt a substantial amendment to the 2019 Annual Action Plan, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, decreasing funds for the RHISE rent assistance program ($191,803.33) and reallocating those funds to the Lexington Housing Authority ($251,803.33).
Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 22-79, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in her discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account appropriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within th...
