BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Aulick Chemical Solutions, Inc., establishing a price contract for Odor Control Chemicals, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amount set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
