BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a certificate of consideration and to accept a Deed of Easement from Central Bank & Trust Co., for property located at 256 Southland Drive, for the installation of a traffic signal pole for the Southland Drive/Regency Road Traffic Signal Rebuild Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $350.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Central Bank & Trust Co., from account # 2603 - 303602 - 91611.
