BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Geomembrane Technologies, Inc. (covers), and Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc. (mixers), establishing price contracts for Secondary Digester Integrated Equipment (Covers & Mixers), for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
