This is a request to enter into a lease agreement with T. Warfield Kinkead for space located at 350 East Main Street to house the CAP and the Partners for Youth program. The term is for three (3) years, effective June 1, 2012 and ending May 31, 2015 with an option of automatic extension for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The annual cost is $37,500. Funds are budgeted.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the lease agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with T. Warfield Kinkead, for the Community Alternative Program and the Partners for Youth program.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $34,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to T. Warfield Kinkead, from account #1101-505001-71302, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
