Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Riskmaster Accelerator AWS SaaS Access Agreement with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) to extend the term of Work Order No. 8 for thirty-six (36) months, from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2025, at a cost not to exceed $47,092.00 annually.
