BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That 02X Human Performance be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of the Wellness and Injury Reduction Training Program, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with 02X Human Performance related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $336,000.00 in FY 2024, be and hereby is approved for payment to 02X Human Performance, from account # 3200-505701-5704-71299, with funding for future years contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
