BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lexarts, Inc., to provide up to $325,000.00 for operating and personnel support in FY 2024.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $325,000.00, is hereby authorized for payment to Lexarts, Inc., from account # 3230-900109-71101, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, is hereby authorized to execute any necessary amendments with Lexarts, Inc., related to the use of these funds.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of passage.
