BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with the Lexington Center Corporation, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for administration of the funds and the management of the Lexington Downtown Redevelopment Project (Rupp Arena).
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $2,500,000.00 in fiscal year 2013, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Lexington Center Corporation from account # 3400-900601-71101 pursuant to the terms of the agreement, with future fiscal year payments subject to funds being provided by grant an...
