BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division Of Traffic Engineering, be and hereby is authorized and directed to renew maintenance and support, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Q-Free America through Traffic Control Products, The Sole-Source Vendor, for software to manage the centralized traffic control system.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $62,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Q-Free America through Traffic Control Products, the sole-source vendor, from account # 1101-303601-76102, pursuant to the terms of the renewal for maintenance and support.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
