BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security, which Grant funds are in the amount of $201,500.00 in Federal funds under the FY 2020 State Homeland Security Grant Program, for the purchase and installation of an augmented reality mapping system, monitor keyboard, and related items for the Division of Police, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
