BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 5, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with ALL4, LLC (as assignee of Smith Management Group), for the Audit of the Waste Water Treatment Plant Safety Program and Post-Audit Implementation Services Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $337,000.00, from $1,318,750.25 to $1,655,750.25.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the additional sum of $337,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to ALL4, LLC, from account # 4002-303401-3402-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
