BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorize to accept a Grant from the National Police Athletic/Activities League, Inc., which Grant funds are in the amount of $1,800.00 Federal Funds, are for operation of the Police Activities League Football Program, and the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
