BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Buy Rite Technologies, Inc., to RFP No. 10-2012 - Reverse Auction Services, for the Division of Central Purchasing, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the RFP, response, and agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreement with Buy Rite Technologies, Inc., related to the RFP, with all associated fees and costs to be paid by participating vendors.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
