(4) Recommending the appointments of Jim Coleman, Council nominee, and JoJuana Leavell-Greene, Council nominee, filling the unexpired term of Helen Morrison, to the Rural Land Management Board, with terms expiring April 1, 2027, and April 1, 2026, respectively.
