BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Amendment No. 3, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with HDR/Quest Engineering, Inc. for design of the Citation Boulevard Phase II, increasing the contract price by the sum of $114,715.00 from $979,807.00 to $1,094,522. 00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $114,715.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to HDR/Quest Engineering, Inc., from account # 3160-303201-91715, pursuant to the terms of the Amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
