BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Expansion Area Development Exaction Agreement with Anderson-Ramsey, LLC pursuant to Article 23 of the Zoning Ordinance to provide for payment of exaction credits and transfer of certain exaction credits for system improvements constructed in Expansion Area 3, a copy of which Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
