BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality is authorized to procure the relocation of electric utilities by Kentucky Utilities, for the Upper Cane Run Wet Weather Storage Project, a Remedial Measures Project required by the Consent Decree, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Kentucky Utilities, related to the relocation of utilities.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $30,336.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Kentucky Utilities, from account # 4003 - 303408 - 92811, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
