BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the contract with Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal Company of Kentucky for the Government Center and ArtsPlace Roof Replacement Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $3,446.00 from $702,690.00 to $706,136.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $3,446.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal Company of Kentucky from account #2606-707501-7041-91018 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
