BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Council of Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government does hereby approving and adopting the amendment to the 2016 Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, cancelling the VA Housing Project funding in the amount of $466,500, and providing funding to the Leestown VA Waterline Project ($100,000), the Black & Williams Cultural Center Project ($356,500) and the Canaan House Project ($10,000).
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
