BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept additional funds of $57,270.00 from the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs, Division of Emergency Management for the 2019 Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP) and to execute an Agreement in the amount of $115,294.20 with Management Registry Inc. (previously known as Omnisource Integrated Supply, LLC) for WebEOC coordinator services.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
