It is a requirement to designate an Applicant’s Agent that has the authority to execute for and in behalf of the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government for the purposes of obtaining certain Federal financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act (Public Law 288, 93^rd Congress) or otherwise available from the President’s Disaster Relief Fund.                      BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Resolution for the designation of Wesley Holbrook, Administrative Officer Sr., as the Government’s designated agent.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
