BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute and submit a Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, to the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security (KOHS), and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $237,000.00 Federal funds under the FY2023 Kentucky Homeland Security Grant Program, and are for the purchase of portable power stations ($12,000.00) and a medical oxygen generating trailer system ($225,000.00), for the Division of Emergency Management.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
