Authorization to execute a University of Kentucky Clinical Education Agreement with an Addendum with the College of Nursing and Global Lex to allow for the cooperation in the implementation of education experience opportunities for university students in various fields of healthcare related studies and the basis on which Global Lex will supervise students within Global Lex. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 – That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Clinical Education Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the University of Kentucky, for the implementation of education experience opportunities for university students in various fields of healthcare related studies, for Global Lex, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 – That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
