BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the deed of easement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Pemberton Properties, LLC, granting a permanent sanitary sewer line easement and temporary construction easement across a portion of the property located at Douglas Park, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any other documents necessary to convey the easement, at no cost to the Urban County Government.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
