BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That one (1) position of administrative officer, Grade 523E, be and hereby is extended for a term of four (4) years beginning November 2, 2023, and ending November 2, 2027, in the division of waste management.
Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
