BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Modification No. 1 to the agreement with the Commonwealth Of Kentucky, Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Department for Public Health to accept an additional award of $80,000.00 in Federal and State funds for the Health Access Nurturing Development Services (HANDS) program, for the Family Care Center, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds, contingent upon the approval of a pending...
