BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Fayette County 4-H Council, Inc., Partners for Youth, Community Organizers of Lexington, Inc., and Pralltown Neighborhood Association, for various community services, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Fayette County 4-H Council, Inc. ($1,000.00), Partners for Youth ($2,000.00), Community Organizers of Lexington, Inc. ($775.00), and Pralltown Neighborhood Association ($500.00) from account #1101 121002 71299, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
