Summary
Authorization to request a Resolution authorizing the acceptance of deeds of permanent right of way and acquisition of easement from the owners of record on properties at 553 and 549 Cane Run Road for the Cane Run Road Stormwater Improvement Project. The purpose of the deed for permanent easement is to allow for construction of stormwater improvements on Cane Run Rd. There is no cost in FY16 or future years with this request. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Certificates of Consideration and other necessary documents and to accept deeds for property interests needed for the Cane Run Road Stormwater Improvement Project at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
