BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Memorandum of Understanding, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Central Kentucky Homeless and Housing Initiative (CKHHI), Bluegrass.Org, Community Action Council, Chrysalis House, Hope Center, Lexington Housing Authority and Volunteers of America, for administrative services related to the application and operation of the Federal Continuum of Care Grant, at a cost not to exceed $4,000.00.
