BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Michael Hauserman, Code Enforcement Officer, Grade 516N, $22.701 hourly in the Division of Code Enforcement, effective November 3, 2021.
Nicholas Clouse, Vehicle & Equipment Technician, Grade 514N, $19.054 hourly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective November 10, 2021.
Section 2 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
