BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept an additional award of $89,857.30 of federal funds under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) from the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Department for Community Based Services, in order to support child care expenses in the Extended School Program at the Division of Parks and Recreation, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
