BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
SECTION 1 - That pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Charter of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, the Urban County Council hereby specifies its intention to expand and extend Partial Urban Services District #6 to provide the urban services of street lighting and street cleaning.
SECTION 2 - That the Urban County Council hereby specifies its intention to include the following properties, lots, tracts and parcels of land within the Urban Services District:

SECTION 3 - That the Urban County Council has made the following findings:
A. That the properties, lots, tracts and parcels of land described in Section 2 above are within areas of residential and commercial development and are urban in character.
B. That as a result of this urbanization and in order to protect the public health, safety and general welfare of the residents, the Council finds that:
1. In order to provide well lit, safe streets to deter crime and contribute to traffic safety, there is a need for street lighting in said area.
2. In order to provide clean, safe streets contributing to traffic safety, there is a need for street cleaning in said area.
C. That the Urban County Government has the ability to provide to the properties, lots, tracts and parcels of land described in Section 2 above the urban services of street ligh...
