BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Dreamland Skateparks, LLC, to RFP No. 35-2013 for the design and construction of the skate park at Berry Hill Park, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Dreamland Skateparks, LLC, to provide services related to the RFP, at a cost estimated not to exceed $500,000.00, for the Division of Parks and Recreation.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $500,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Dreamland Skateparks, LLC, from account #2603-707603-90319 ($350,000.00) and account #2600-7076...
