BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That a text amendment to Section 13-4(b)(4) of the Zoning Ordinance to replace the member of Historic Preservation Commission nominated by the Board of the Land and Nature Trust of the Bluegrass with a member nominated by the Bluegrass Conservancy is hereby initiated for Planning Commission consideration and recommendation.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
