BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Third Amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Northern Kentucky Legal Aid Society, Inc., dba Legal Aid of the Bluegrass ("Legal Aid"), reallocating an additional $95,305.99 in Federal funds to Legal Aid for housing stability services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed an additional $95,305.99, is hereby authorized for payment to Legal Aid from account # 3230-160201-0001-71101, pursuant to the terms of the Third Amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
