BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management is authorized to purchase water source heating and ventilation units from The Corken Steel Products Company, a sole source provider, and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with The Corken Steel Products Company, related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $47,251.57 be and hereby is approved for payment to The Corken Steel Products Company, from the following account #1101-707501-76101.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
