Authorization to accept Risk Management Services Company ("RMSC") as the selected vendor for the services requested in RFP No. 12-2016 Third Party Administrator for Claims Management Services and Claims Adjustment Handling Services for Workers Compensation, Auto Liability and Physical Damage, General Liability, and Property Claims and to enter into a multiyear (3 years with option to renew for 2 additional one-year periods) services Agreement with RMSC.
