BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Food Chain, Vineyard Community Church, Inc., Robinwood Neighbors Association, and Board of Trustees of Victory Baptist Church, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Food Chain ($475.00), Vineyard Community Church, Inc., ($500.00), Robinwood Neighbors Association ($500.00), and Board of Trustees of Victory Baptist Church ($25.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
