Authorization to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Waveland Woods, LLC., for the future development of a shared-use trail/pedestrian path over a portion of the property located at 1100 Armstrong Mill Road. Dedication of the easement for the Shared Use Path was a condition established on the development plan as a condition of approval, agreed to by the developer during the planning process. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Memorandum of Understanding, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Waveland Woods, LLC, for the future development of a shared-use trail/pedestrian path on a portion of the property located at 1100 Armstrong Mill Road.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
