Section 1 - That the subsection line number 250.021 of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number be and hereby is created to read as follows:

Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
