BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept the donation of cleaning and sanitizing services from SERVEPRO for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services as part of the cooperative responses in fighting the novel Covid-19 Pandemic and to execute any necessary documents relating to the acceptancejen the donation.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
