This is a request to execute Eighth Contract Amendment with AmeriNational Community Services, Inc. for loan servicing for the HOME and CDBG Housing Rehabilitation and Homeownership Programs, extending the contract through June 30, 2014. Loan servicing fees are not expected to exceed $60,000 for the two (2) year period. $30,000 is budgeted for FY 2013.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Eighth Amendment to Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with AmeriNational Community Services, Inc., for loan servicing for the HOME and CDBG housing rehabilitation and homeownership programs to extend the Agreement through June 30, 2014.
