BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. One, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with VanHook Enterprises, Inc., for the West Hickman Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant Solids Building Odor-HVAC Improvements, increasing the contract price by the sum of $5,830.18 from $699,000.00 to $704,830.18.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $5,830.18 be and hereby is approved for payment to VanHook Enterprises, Inc., from account # 4003-303403-92711, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
