BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Waste Management, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Purchase Order, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Kenvirons, Inc., for additional work for the Haley Pike Landfill Closure, Phase 4, for the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $40,329.87, be and hereby is approved for payment to Kenvirons, Inc., from account #4121-303102-71205, pursuant to the terms of the Purchase Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
