BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, with the Meadowthorpe Neighborhood Association, to fund a public art project, with funds from the Percent for Art Fund, in celebration of the Meadowthorpe Neighborhood's 75th Anniversary, through the Public Art Commission's Collaborative Grant Program, , in an amount not to exceed $21,250.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $21,250.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Meadowthorpe Neighborhood Association from account 2614-134201-1428-71299.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
