BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality is authorized to purchase parts from B.L. Anderson Co., Inc., a sole source provider, for repairs at the West Hickman Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with B.L. Anderson Co., Inc., related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $44,372.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to B.L. Anderson Co., Inc., from the following account # 4002-303403-0001-91017.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
