BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Engineering Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Webster Environmental Associates, for sewer odor control master planning and management services, for the Division of Water Quality.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $550,000.00 for the first phase of the services, be and hereby is approved for payment to Webster Environmental Associates, from account # 4003-303401-3401-92711, pursuant to the terms of the Engineering Services Agreement, with payments authorized for future phases as Budgeted.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
